Part of what you will see and hear has been presented to the Study Group about 16 years ago or earlier. It involves some famous names in UFOlogy, includes FBI verification and points a finger at an international CIA cover-up. Sadly, it swings from local official, local MUFON endorsement to outright denial apparently because one of one witnesses' change in employment.

Sam Maranto "CASES FROM THE HEARTLAND & BEYOND" 4/13/08
The MUFON State Director, Sam Maranto, provided both Joanne Scarpellini and my choice for the April 13 UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis video presentation. It pleased many people at the Eureka Springs, Arkansas UFO Conference and will keep your interest at 2 p.m. after the meal at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road.
Sam replays several TV and radio tapes to prove conclusively that the Nov. 7, 2006 UFO hovering a few minutes at 4:15 p.m. over Chicago's O'Hara Airport and trained observers merited the worldwide publicity it achieved. Who said this administration had silenced the networks on the subject of UFOs? John Elkevitch's interviews were reported all over the world; and that UFO sighting article proved the most read story in the Chicago Tribune's website history! Even United Airlines' spokesperson admitted that that company's personnel had seen and had officially reported the craft! MUFON Journal joined featuring an article by Sam Maranto which credited Chief Investigator Haynes, Ph.D. with positive assertion that an unearthly UFO had been seen.
The Object: A large, dark grey. two tiered, saucer shaped craft with brightly shining panels hovered several minutes under light grey cirro-cumulous clouds. It suddenly blasted through the thick cloud cover so fast that observers saw the sunny blue sky above. One of two pilots with an aerial view claimed that the craft had a shiny roof surface that reflected cloud shapes like a ceramic plate (other interpreted "like metal"). The Federal Aeronautics Administration claimed an atmospheric anomaly had been misinterpreted. Ground Mechanic Joe verified the description above! One dissenter on TV showed his cell phone photo of a grey rectangle against a flat fog sky with his excited shout, "It looked like a building that fell over flying!" His trouble: the rolling clouds never showed on his screen! (The UFO material was variously described as "Metal, ceramic, or clear plastic.") In John Schroeder's 10 p.m. late Oct. 1941 close encounter in Cleveland, OH, the craft looked like solid aluminum until it rocked close to the ground and the interior could be seen in few angles. Solution: shiny metallic fibers imbedded uniformly in molded, curved, clear plastic!
Maranto then gives excellent explanations of two Tinley Park 1964 and 66 sightings and identifies one scientist as agreeing with the first -- an 8 mile wide triangle -- as "One of our own!" Similar UFO's filmed appeared over Illinois and Minnesota had MUFON evidence turned over to the FAA to verify. SURPRISE! They lost all the evidence! The presentation ends with the mystery of a huge, glowing, orange globe which had something dark projecting from it. John Schroeder offers an explanation in this issue. JO ANNE SCARPELLINI SHARES CROP CIRCLE SECRETS
The UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis, Inc. is happy to welcome back Jo Anne Scarpellini, our guest proponent of crop circle information after nearly 18 months absence. Her talks focus on the mystery of crop circles and what they reveal to one who worked in the Science Department of Washington University about 30 years. She may, of course, occasionally quote Nancy Talbot who is an internationally recognized member of the BLT Research Team, Inc. They apply scientific principles testing evidence which compares samples within and outside downed designs and even have statistics on fertility of mature seeds inside-out. Jo Anne also has an excellent collection of design photos which also substantiate evidence for conclusions she and BLT executives have made. Mrs. Scarpellini sampled six formations during the summer of 2006. They included a variety of seeds (wheat, corn, soybeans and sorghum), soils and site locations. (If I had space enough, I would draw a map to help locate Herington, Kansas; Huntington, Indiana; Belleville, Genesco and Kickapoo, all in Illinois; and Beloit, Kansas. UFO enthusiasts will link that site with one at nearby Delphos Kansas! Sorry, you will have to check your own map or wait to see the road map Jo Anne will probably bring from her car.)
"In 2007", Jo Anne Scarpellini tells us, "I went to only a single formation which was Delaplaine, Arkansas. Oddly this was the third one in Northeast Arkansas with all three circles down state Highway 90. This road is absolutely straight for some miles, Northeast to Southwest. The first circle was the Northernmost, the second was farther South, and the third circle was the Southernmost - all in wheat!"
There always has to be a mystery connected with UFOs - and by implication with crop designs which may have been created by sentient UFO occupants! Here comes the mystery teaser! HAPPY NEW YEAR! UNAUTHORIZED AREA 51 FILMS
The UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis, Inc. thanks Alexander Peterson for donating the "Dreamland" DVD which won the 1996 EBE award as the best 1996 UFO documentary. We will show the powerful 90 minute film with its unauthorized revelations of Nellis Air Force Base and secret Area 51 back-engineering of UFOs 2 p.m. Sunday January 13 at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road. The producers have lined up most of the "Big Names" in UFOlogy to affirm ob Lazar and two more former employees at Area 51 who testify to Alien Introduction of superior technology to U.S. armament prior to 1996. Our UFO support team members include Robert Oeschler, ret. U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Wendelle Stevens, George Knapp, Stanton Friedman, Glen Campbell, and Timothy Good plus Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Astronaut who walked on the moon, and his friend Gene Hunt. All believe Robert Lazar and the two anonymous witnesses who claim to have seen extra-dimensional UFOs and non-terrestrial aliens actually helping U.S. military personnel back-engineer ectro-magnetic ufo-like devices.
Glen Hunt supposedly took friends beyond Area 51 restraints to see a landing UFO. He was arrested, fined, threatened with 20 years in prison without prior trial and loss of constitutional rights. One proved to be true: persistent phone taps! Another local UFO buff viewed Groom Lake base from Ticaboo Peak, about 9000 feet above its landing feet, seeing the daily flights from McCarron Base bringing private contractors and high officials to Area 51. When he was denied entrance by the Private Contract Guard he acknowledged that only classified projects were worked on at that site (a year later Ticapoo Peak was included in the restricted area!).
Bob Oeschler describes and illustrates a Walt Disney park officially planned to introduce the public to excellent, productive, economically beneficial technologies effectively integrated into our economy by cooperating Area 51 gray aliens. The advanced park plans were suddenly cancelled by higher powers without explanation. He did meet one grey, however, and learned that both Presidents Nixon and Bush No. 1 officially visited Area 51.
Rev. John Schroeder, who schedules programs for The Study Group, would like to reveal all Bob Lazar and the two workers from Area 51 had to say. His TV works from a Charter reviewed system that often simultaneously blacks out and mutes short portions of news broadcasts. Would you be surprised if he told you that quotes leaked from all three employers were blacked out and muted from this video! However, on Sunday, January 13, 2008 Charter will not be able to control the presentation given you at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria!

THE STATE OF FREE ENERGY
Kenneth Tait, a member of the UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis, Inc. for years has been an engineer during all his professional career. He attended New Jersey Institute of Technology where he earned his B.S. EE. To round out his creative endeavors in engineering science he took many subsequent industry elated computer science courses. This additional training and inspired research resulting from it have helped him make his living as both a hardware and software designer. His specialty - embedded computer products. (I'm sure Ken's personal introduction of this his topic, "The State of Free Energy" will elaborate on the perimeters "embedded computer products" .. when he discusses scientific theories he is specific!)
As usual, the Study Group meeting at 2 P.M. Sunday December 9 will be held at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road where friends meet to eat and discuss the latest UFO news and points of conflict. We have no conflict with Ken's qualifications to instruct us about scientific standards and inspire us to search for more facts. In his career, he has built five companies and has helped start a few more. All were successful in their time. Science - as we know - moves forward fast so technology changes to meet developments. Ken holds three patents in video and medical fields.
"In recent years," he calmly defines himself, "I have re-charged my lifelong interest in Robotics, UFO's and other mysterious things that traditional science cannot explain." His interest in free energy goes back to age 12 when - despite his youth - he built his first Tesla Coil. Some people don't appreciate equipment which enlarges young scientists' potential. His neighbors were irritated when operation of his Tesla Coil destroyed their TV reception. He built his first robot a year later and took Third Prize in the area Science Fair. "I was fortunate to have a Physics teacher who had invented the heat seeking missile sensor. HEAVENLY BODIES
UFO Study Group members and everyone interested in constellations, galaxies, stars, black holes, pulsars, asteroids ... or the science of Astronomy and its essential equipment will want to eat lunch at Miss Sherri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road to hear James Roe's 2 p.m. lecture. Mr. Roe was a McDonnell Aircraft company engineer from 1965 to retirement. In that time her served as presiding officer of the McDonnell Astronomy Club and now serves as President of the Astronomical Society of Eastern Missouri (ASEM) - the public ouitreach arm of the Alliance for Astronomy, Inc. (AfA).
As an amateur astronomer since 1962, Jim has advanced quite far. He has completed many personal observation programs, has built telescopes from scratch and has conducted professional-grade observing programs in asteroid science. He has over 100 asteroid discoveries to his credit and is in the "Top 100 Discoverers of Asteroids" for all time. He is an Astronomy Merit Badge Counselor and has led an Astronomy Explorer Post for the Boy Scouts of America. Mrs. Yvonne Roe serves as ASEM Secretary; and she and Jim served 9 years as volunteers for the Division of Global Mission of the Evangelical Luthern Church in America assigned to Oaxaca, Mexico. Keen on "greening for humanity's sake" the worked on rural development, water purification , sanitation, etc. They were and still are a blessing!
Jim Roe's talk will describe AfA's activities in developing a public Astronomy Center. He will also show how ASEM helps individuals increase their knowledge of heavenly bodies and their appreciation of astronomy in their personal lives. US AIR FORCE AND UFO SECRETS REVEALED SEPT. 9
After members of the UFO Study Group of Greater Saint Louis, Inc. affirm the Board of Directors with its new member Kenneth Tait, election of officers will take place at 2 p.m., September 9, 2007 at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road. Candidates are Pres. Clarence Barnes, Vice Pres. Frank Brown, Treasurer-Enigma Editor Spencer Wolling, and Secretary-Internet Communicator Joseph Palermo.
Michael Schratt's powerful, informative and scientifically compact DVD "U.S. Air Force Secrets Revealed : THAT'S CLASSIFIED" will cover Black Budget aircraft innovations from the 1980's through early 1990's. UFO's are only mentioned twice but the shapes of some recently declassified craft and their amazing propulsion systems point to well publicized over-flights of Unidentified Flying Objects from the Hudson Valley, to Florida, Illinois and Saint Louis; and even California.
Explanations of Elecro-gravitic engines are a little complex for us non-technical people. However, when we learn that the design specialists positively charge the leading edge of an aircraft and negatively charge the flat back wing, "energy pushes the aircraft at unimaginable speeds through any atmosphere like a wagon rolling downhill" we believe it. An explanation of how 6he Black Budget operates secretly on billions of tax dollars annually in our supposedly open society surely helps us accept the facts. (Cheney declassified several of the aircraft discussed during President Regan's eight year administration.)
An exhibit of classified aircraft for federal government officials shown by invitation only at Norton Base featured three hypersonic McDonnel-Douglas aircraft which flew there. One was three tiered, self contained circular "helicopter" with no rotors or obvious power source that rose via high voltage electricity interacting with charged capacity plates. Such a craft has the potential to use surrounding energy to approach the speed of light.
Such advanced technology explains Ben Rich's 1983 public statement when he was President of Lockheed Aircraft, "We already have the technology to fly among the stars." He then urged our U.S. officials to release technologies which are 50 years beyond and science fiction so that all of our industries could benefit from the potential applications to their processes. Michael Schratt agrees, "Special system craft can be declassified without public distress or loss of military integrity."

Members of the UFO Study Group of Greater Saint Louis, Inc. meeting 2 p.m., Sunday, May 6 at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road will share their secret lives with all who attend. Nancy Talbott of Leavengood and Burke, analysts, introduces methods for determining of legitimate Crop Circles by lengthened nodes. These are larger at the ring edges than in the center. Affected seeds dehydrate but they germinate and grow. She shows complex circles and explains grain expulsion cavities. Flyash from power plant smoke grounded in crop designs also shows heat changes. The mature corn in a field circle shows more heat-expulsion cavities - as many as 10 per plant. From 1895 to 1898 newspapers in three contiguous states marveled at sightings of swift, low-flying objects which sometimes made machine-like noise and - on rare occasions - landed in farmer's fields. The most memorable event in this East and Northeast Texas, North and Central Louisiana, and Oklahoma aircraft day and night tour six years before the Wright Brother's plane was filmed six feet in the air above Kitty Hawk's sand in North Carolina was the metallic object's crash with a farmer's windmill on the outskirts of Aurora, Texas. (Aurora was and is still identified by its slogan "The Town That Almost Was!"} The most startling news was that the dead body of a small non-human was given a Christian burial art Aurora's little roadside cemetery and the metallic scrap from the crash - because none of the airship's shattered pieces could be drilled, hammered into other shapes or cut - was tossed down an abandoned dry well and covered with rocks.

LINDA MOULTON HOWE "CRASH RETRIEVAL & U.S. DENIAL
The UFO Study Group of Greater Saint Louis meeting 2 p.m. February 11, 2007 at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road in St. Louis should prove interesting enough to all UFO buffs to stimulate a lot of discussion. The 2005 Eureka Springs Conference video offers Linda Moulton Howe at her "investigative reporter best!" She describes how news agencies' early tendency to put varied, conflicting stories pf all forms of UFO aliens in one box ended with the 1947 Roswell incident. The first official military news releases trumpeted the recovery of an extraterrestrial craft. Next day's denial initiated an unbelievable series of official explanation that exploded as if ballooned with "swamp gas."
Miss Howe neatly lays out evidence that in 1947 President Truman offered the U.S. citizens his "Policy of Denial" in place in place of straight from the mouth "Missouri Truth!" Every unit of the Federal Government, it seems, was involved in the clumsy cover-up. The Air Force called it a downed weather balloon; but bodies of extraterrestrials had been reported by citizens who claimed to have been on-site. UFO researchers cited the fact that no dummies were dropped from weather balloons in 1947 and the first FBI 1947 release agreed. Later FBI accounts took a reverse spin.
New Mexico's Congressman Schiff and his staff tried to investigate beyond the federal cover story "all records covering the Roswell crash were destroyed without executive orders by person or persons unknown" and did discover some critical collateral evidence which seemed to point to a "T Force uniquely formed to counter an unknown enemy's technology currently unknown." Linda Moultan Howe raises the question whether the "stars" seen rising parallel to our V2 rockets set them 40-180 degrees off target in crash-only courses far short of targets. Schiff's data seems to support the hypothesis that U. S. rocketry and anti-aircraft fire brought down four or five UFO's between July 4 - 6, 1947. Evidence data underscores the shocking fact that 600 commercial and military planes mysteriously crashed with thousands of fatalities worldwide in 84 days and that 15 major U.S. planes crashed May 15 and June 1, 1947. Was Truman's organization of Magic 12 at this time merely coincidence? **
Don't be misled to think Linda's sudden subject switch to her favorite subject "Animal Mutilations" is an unnecessary distraction. A 99 foot circular metal craft crashed in Aztec, New Mexico containing two badly burned small bodies and having animal bones and human bones in separate cabinets. Four Federal agents clothed in head-to-tow protective suits brought out the body bagged aliens for subsequent autopsy analysis. All four men died of Retrovirus infection in four days. (Now two retroviruses - HIV and EBOLA - are deadly incurable plagues in Africa.) VISITORS FROM THE PLEIADIAN CONSTELLATION
A teacher in 1981, Jim Bowman was led by a student cast in the musical "South Pacific" to an interest in UFO's and outer space. The young man, who was so theatrically talented that he won leads in several school productions later, had claimed to be from outer space. After the student graduated, the young man - who identified as a citizen of a planet in the constellation Pleiades - was a constant visitor to the Bowman home.
In the late 1990's, Jim and Elizabeth heard a guest on "Coast to Coast A.M." and later on "Out There TV" another who talked about visitors from the Pleiadian constellation. They explained that it was a well-known star system in an open star cluster from the constellation Taurus. It is 420 light years from our earth and is composed of relatively young stars, planets and perhaps satellite orbs. That information rang a bell. Jim's former student had talked of those things 15 years earlier! (During the Q & A period, you may ask Jim to share more information from several space kids. They too purportedly gave him facts about their unique other-world cultures)
The designation "seven star system" relates to the fact that at least seven sparkling stars can be seen with your naked eye in the wintry northern sky on a clear night. The planets of this system, however, are considered to be in a development phase still totally unsuitable for human life forms. The home stars and planets occupied by the Plejaren (pronounced pleh-yar-en) with whom Billy Meier maintains contacts are located in the same region of the sky however they exist in another space and time configuration and are an additional 80 light years beyond the visible Pleiades.
One of the sun systems bears the name "Tayget." This central star is orbited by 10 planets, four of them inhabited. Because we see the Seven Sister Stars, we name the more distant beings "Pleiadians." They identify themselves with their system, Plejaren. Jim Bowman subscribes to the web newsletter published by Michael Horn, then official representative of Billy Meier in the U.S.A. Both Bowmans attended his lecture in Memphis and were so impressed with Meier's writings that they purchased the DVD and will present January 14th. CRYPTOZOOLOGY AND UFOS
The UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis, Inc. welcomes back Joseph Palermo, a longtime member and newest member of its Board of Directors, as its speaker at the 2 p.m. meeting, November 12, Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road. Joe is always a crowd pleaser. His unique subject matter always provoked interest and introduces surprises. His links between "Cryptozoology and UFOs" promises similar responses.
"Cryptozoology" is loosely defined as the study of ancient animal life will give Joe the opportunity to cover UFO topics and experiences which have been rarely discussed. Joe introduces some facts generally acknowledged to be true but he frames them in descriptive explanations of events which he observed in his own life. Fro example, his interest in UFO research was stimulated by a personal UFO sighting in front of a family business during the Summer of 1960.
Joe Palermo's July 1973 UFO sighting in his residential neighborhood near Lambert Airport apparently led to four more conscious experiences*. The asterisk seems to indicate nighttime abductions with aspects of dreamlike quality or mysterious or even frightening nightmare-like incidents. We'll have to wait two weeks after Halloween to determine that for ourselves when we personally hear his story.
Joe will share a Bigfoot tale that involved a live one in Creve Coeur Park, September 1976. He will elicit goose-bumps explaining two Ghost experiences; first in Lindenwood College December 1977 and the next at a girlfriend's home in St. Charles in February of 1978. Joe's final Bigfoot narrative may help our composure but not enough to prepare us for the search Joe began on Cryptid Chupacabras in December 1995. Dr. Schild's ability to explain deep, current scientific theories in simple language with understandable illustrations should appeal to all in our audience. Dr. Schild, speaking on Easter Sunday, shocked his audience of more than 400 UFO enthusiasts by stating that he believed in God and his resurrected son Jesus Christ. His second electrifying announcement was a quotation which Vatican Cardinal Balducci repeated publicly five times last year that there were other intelligent life forms in the universe, non-human individuals described in the Bible, and that Genesis Chapter 6 and John 10:14-16 declared supernatural beings impregnating human women to produce "Nephilim". They were physically and politically powerful giants both before and after the flood whish was to destroy earth's evil population. The Nephilim were the super-human gods among men in Egyptian, Greek and Roman mythology. Schild poses questions (paraphrased by John Schroeder), "Was Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, the child of a sinless superior race in the universe who had not rebelled against God when Satan's demonic army did? Did Christ's crucified redemption of earthly sinners prove affective for other races created in space?"
The rest of Dr. Schild's illustration lecture explains theories of cosmology, dark matter, Quadra pole gravity radiation, cosmic strings and "Orgonne Energy" (which travels faster than the speed of light) clearly and simply for UFO buffs. MYSTERIOUS UFOs OVER MISSOURI PRISON
Gil McDonald, Sr. from Hartsburg, MO. will illustrate his lecture to the UFO Study Group of Greater St. Louis, Inc. 2p.m. at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road. He will show and interpret infra-red films he took of 20 strange UFO's in flight over the Jefferson City prison in two hours and 12 minutes nighttime shooting. The varied objects moved from 40 feet from the camera to several hundred yards. Mr. McDonald has edited out weaker, dimmer images of some UFOs and perhaps insects flying close to the lens. Some of the image have strange shapes reminiscent of the "String of Pearls" object filmed by our Study Group member, the late Robert Buck on a Caribbean Island.
Gil accents the fact that the UFOs were mysterious, but even more unexpected was the revelation that his film (shot over the top of the prison) had any evidence at all. Gill McDonald had seen none of the 20 while scanning the sky during his cinematic experiment. His film revealed a "cloaked UFO" which passed an estimated 40 feet above him. His video contains the photo analysis of this unique sighting. This film proves that UFO occupants can operate a cloaking device which may make their spacecrafts invisible to the human eye and un-filmable by all common cameras. However, infra-red film reveals their unusual presence over such a public building as a state prison. It doesn't, however, answer the question. "Why should UFOs make such a concerted effort to fly into and out of a site where some of the most hardened criminals were confined?" (One UFO identified every seven minutes of filming)
Gil McDonald died in a hospital at age 1 and was revived. After a serious accident at age 37, he died again and actually saw the trunk, arms and legs of his spirit body. "If I had been given a choice, I would not have gone back," he explains.
Gil held top secret clearances in the military, worked as a photo analyst and trained for other intelligence functions. He served as an ordained minister from 1981 to 1995 when he returned to regular work. For the last 10 years before retirement, he was employed as Missouri State Corrections Officer at the Missouri State Prison in Jefferson City, MO. Gil has edited into this presentation a few glowing orbs filmed in his own home. "I consider 'Orbs' to be an intelligent life form and an extension of the alien entities." There may be both good and bad aliens, but Gil suspects anything that conceals its identity and hides activities in darkness.

Stinchcomb, Ph.D. Geology, professor at Florissant Valley Community College, will lead us on an adventure of discovery 2 p.m., May seventh at Miss Sheri's Cafeteria, 9967 Manchester Road. Dr. Stinchcomb has had numerous peer-reviewed papers published in journals of Geology and Paleontology. Members of the UFO Study Group who recommended him enjoyed his Continuing Education Course on "Geologic Wonders and Curiosities of Missouri for its academic insights, novelty, originality and interesting diversity of media.
Among other novelties and new discoveries we would be interested in, Dr. Stinchcomb has investigated the Hornet-Joplin Spooklights. He may even let us in on his secret supposition - "A Scientist's Suggestion on Their Cause."
His love of discovery and attempted solution of the mysterious has led him into various fields of investigation in both geology and paleontology. He promises to bring some unique fossils and mysterious artifacts for our hands-on investigation.
Stinchcomb owns an important site where he has been in charge of an important paleontological site searching for dinosaur bones. In March 2004 he and his geological team re-assembled the bones of a Hadrosaur (officially named "Hypsibema Missouri Emsis.") Dr. Stinchcomb must believe it is a female because - at least for the Enigma article - ha hasn't told how old the old, old Hadrosaur is. He did divulge that those Hadrosaur bones are presently in the Bollinger County Museum located in Marble Hill, Missouri. Maybe Dr. Stinchcomb will include some dinosaur bones among those mysterious artifacts he'll share with us in our scientific discovery experiences Sunday, May 7.
Even serious scientists have fun filled hobbies that bring both relaxation and joy. Stinchcomb has been collecting Edison Music Cylinders for player pianos.
