Because we deal only in digital downloads, there are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS.  Digital  product availability management is performed through AD Online, LLC.   Internet television station ITS-DMS.COM provides the ability to COMPLETELY VIEW the product before download purchase (the notice of download availability is ONLY posted on the end segment of all programs), therefore the point-of-purchase is designed to be made with compete knowledge of the contents of the product.  There is also a deliberate message to watch the entire program for download purchase consideration.

When you purchase a download, you are actually purchasing from 2checkout.com.  If you have a technical "purchase" issue, you need to contact 2checkout.com and send us a copy of the message at purchaseissue@its-dms.com

We carefully check, double check, triple check and confirm the download function ability of each digital product we make available for sale.  Currently, downloads are only good for PC's.  Should there be a technical "download" issue with a download, contact us at downloadissue@its-dms.com .  (*Because of how the Internet works, THERE ARE many things that could cause an issue with the download ... your ISP connection could be interfered with, the Internet could become busy along the path of servers and interfere with your download, the servers the product is on could experience heavy volume and interfere with the download).  Before you contact us with a download issue, we ask that if there is a problem, you try downloading at different times of the day.  If downloading hasn't been successful within a 24 hour period, please contact us.  We will check to see if the problem was a one time experience on the end of the purchaser, or if there is an overall download problem.  If it is a one time problem, we will ask you to try downloading again.
