This video was submitted by Lisa Starbear from Baltimore, MD in May of 2000. How amazing that only 3 months later I would capture a very similar object in Tennessee. In the photo, the object if the elongated horizontal greyish image. Actually, it's easier to see it in the video. There is a light across the bay (approximately over the "9" in the May 9 2000 date stamp) however the UFO is elongated and moving all over the place. Back to UTIA Investigation Matrix.
