Q: Why is the download version encoded in QuickTime?

A:  QuickTime delivers fine quality and allows for great FULL SCREEN Windows PC and iPod playback.  It also allows for easy download ability (right click and "Save Target As") without having to invest in other "own-by-download" programming.

 

Q: Why are your programs only for Windows PC and not Mac?

A: We experimented and discovered that a QuickTime file created on a Windows PC will not function on a Mac.  As soon as we can get a Mac for QuickTime file creation, we will make our programs available for Macs users as well.

 

Q:  I've been using a credit card for online purchases.  Are Debit Cards accepted for payment?

A:  YES!  In fact, we encourage the use of Debit Cards over credit cards.

 

Q:  You say "Own-By-Download."  Does that REALLY mean that I own the downloaded video file, or do I only have so much time to look at it before it becomes inactive, like a rental?

A:  You own YOUR copy of the video file you've downloaded like you own a DVD you buy.  Of course, the file version of the product is copyright and owned by the producers of the product and is for non-commercial use only. 

 

Q:  Can I make a DVD copy of it for backup in case my computer crashes?

A:  ABSOLUTELY! 

If you are set up to burn a DVD copy on your computer, do it! 

If you are set up for computer video and audio output and want to watch it on your television, go for it! 

If you are set up for computer video and audio output and want to hook up to your DVD/HD-DVD recorder for a personal, not-for-resale storage and playback on your television, go for it!
