        sorry.  The Advertiser's webpage is currently unavailable.  Check back soon!"  The advertiser will also be
        immediately notified by e-mail as to the re-direct issue and given one week to correct it.  Should there be no
        the advertiser website link will be terminated until at such time there is a correction.  Placement is for the life of
        the on-line segments which has been deemed to be perpetual. 
                    When programs are collected and moved into the own-by-download phase, lead-in program sponsors
                    will have their information placed on the own-by download key page.  For every person who purchases
